Thirty minute consultation with our specialized aesthetic providers are complimentary. No show appointments will count as your complimentary consultation and further appointments will require a $50 fee in order to book.

The treatments at a medical spa are considered medical grade and must be staffed by experienced medical providers and overseen by a medical director. Medical Spas use medical devices such as lasers to treat various skin conditions, peel as well as injectable treatments, etc. Not all spa treatments are created equal. There is a substantial difference between the treatments offered at traditional day spas and those provided by medical spas.Unlike day spas that focus on improving your outer appearance, medical spas provide medical procedures that are designed to not only improve the appearance but also repair and provide results. In other words, the treatments offered at medical spas have, at the very least, a long-term effect, along with permanent positive effects.
Tips are never expected, but they are certainly appreciated when you feel that your aesthetician or RN has provided outstanding service during your medical spa visit. Other ways to show your appreciation can include but not limited to bringing coffee ( starbucks preferred ;), referrals, food or leaving us a five star review on google.
We ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions but as indispensable rules, which allow us to provide high standards of service. With regard to appointment cancellation fees, these are unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to clients and patients when they make the appointments.

Upon scheduling your appointment, patients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment. You will not be charged a fee for your appointment. A $50 fee will only be applied to your credit card should you cancel within less then 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment.
We also recommend that you schedule future appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time is available as nights and Saturdays are the most requested times. We are usually booked two to three months out.
All booked appointments will be confirmed by our staff via a telephone call reminder or email a day or two before your appointment. Please provide us with a valid email address and phone number. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical spa, we require all new patients to fill out a brief medical history information and consent forms that are sent to your email prior to your scheduled appointment. Please have this filled out prior to your appointment due to the extensive timing this requires.
If you are scheduled for dermal fillers, laser treatments or special peels we recommend you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we can properly prepare your skin for the treatment.
We ask that Laser Hair Removal patients come shaved before a treatment. It is recommended to shave the day before your appointment.
We also suggest that all patients receiving any of our facial treatments and consultation arrive without make up if possible. Read pre and post procedure guidelines, and have all required paperwork completed.

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s session can begin on time. You have a 15 minute window, if you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Should you need to cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in charges of $50. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
No-show Patients who do not turn up for their treatment appointed time are also charged the $50 deposit fee. A major credit card will be needed to secure appointments. Gift cards are valid as form of payment for no-show fees. This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Patients with no credit card on file will be sent an invoice and will not be able to reschedule appointments until fee has been paid. Groupons can be redeemed as no show payment for groupon customers. We do strictly enforce this policy due to our high demand.
